To promote the financial industry to develop rapidly and ensure the talent advantage we
have successively cooperate with many universities and training institutions such as Shandong University, Shandong University of Finance. In November 2007, cooperating with Shandong University of Finance, we established the Outsourcing Talents Training Base of Shandong where financial knowledge training and simulated games are held every year. Since 2010, we have collaborate with Software College of Shandong University to participate in practice project of Software Engineering. In addition, we established a new course of computing finance in the Software College.
